Terms of service
General Terms and Conditions of Cavea Suisse GmbH - owner/operator of upcycledwatches.ch (hereinafter referred to as upcycledwatches.ch)
1. Age and Residence
The customer must have his/her official residence in Switzerland and be at least 18 years old.
2. Offers (subject to change)
All information (text+photos) on the items offered is based on information provided by the respective manufacturer. upcycledwatches.ch is not responsible for the content of this information. The product images may differ from the actual product.
3. Sales prices - Vouchers
All sales prices quoted include Swiss VAT, ex warehouse Switzerland. The currency is in Swiss Francs (CHF) Vouchers are not cumulative.
4. Shipping
Goods are dispatched at the risk and expense of the recipient/orderer to the delivery address stated in the order.
Goods are only shipped within Switzerland. Deliveries abroad are not possible.
Personal collection is not possible.
Liability for breakage or loss of the consignment is covered by Swiss Post or DPD in accordance with the GTC. In the event of proven loss of the consignment, the recipient/orderer will be compensated directly by Swiss Post or DPD.
The shipment will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. The shipping costs are listed separately on the invoice.
5. Payment
By pressing the "BUY" button, the purchase is legally valid and binding.
Full payment must be made immediately, but within 3 days at the latest. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled in the system.
Payment methods: Bank payment. Postfinance Card, Postfinance E-Finance
CHF 4.- / transaction will be charged for services with Postfinance.
For bank payments without ISR, the invoice number must always be stated. Without this information, there may be delays in dispatch.
6. Retention of title
All delivered goods remain the property of Cavea Suisse GmbH until full payment has been received.
7. Delivery
The goods will be shipped to the delivery address you have chosen according to the invoice.
In the event of late delivery, you will receive an information e-mail. If the subsequent delivery period exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel the order.
8. Returns
Perfumes cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.
For other goods from other suppliers, the corresponding information according to the invoice applies.
Defective goods which have a manufacturing defect will be taken back by upcycledwatches.ch and the full value of the goods will be refunded. Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us in advance by e-mail, sales@upcycledwatches.ch, stating the defect. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to deduct a corresponding reduction in value from the purchase price for defective, opened, damaged or worn goods.

9. Liability
If available, these are in accordance with the conditions of the respective manufacturer. Any further liability is excluded.
10. Data protection
All upcycledwatches.ch data is stored on a Swiss hoster with a server in Switzerland and is treated confidentially. Upcycledwatches.ch reserves the right to use information for the improvement of the store. The general provisions of Swiss data protection law apply. We accept no liability for data transmitted via the Internet. The transmission of data is unencrypted.
11. Copyrights
The copyright and all other rights to content, images, photos, texts or other files on the website (upcycledwatches.ch) belong exclusively to shoppingnow.ch or the specifically named rights holders. The written consent of the copyright holder must be obtained in advance for the reproduction of any elements.
12. Law / Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply. Place of jurisdiction: Zug, Canton of Zug / Switzerland
